Marsi Markowitz, RD, CDN

Hi! I’m Marsi, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals nourish their bodies with more care, respect and kindness. My goal is to help clients improve their physical and mental well-being with eating and self-care habits that are rooted in trust and flexibility, not fear or deprivation.

I believe everyone is the expert of their own body. I work with individuals to tap into their inner wisdom, connect with their body’s needs and nourish themselves from the inside out, unconditionally.

In my practice, everyone is worthy of care and nourishment. My counseling sessions are a safe space for ALL bodies and for all voices to be heard and appreciated.

One thing to know about me - I enjoy eating food. I eat food that brings me satisfaction and I eat food that promotes my well-being. I’ve learned to trust my body’s instincts and tune out unhelpful, external noise. I can support you to do the same.

Whether you are looking to heal your relationship with food, learn how to best take care of your body with a health condition or generally nourish yourself with more trust, I look forward to helping you move towards your goal.
