Nutrition From Within provides expert Nutrition Counseling for:

INITIAL SESSION
60 Minutes
In the initial consult we’ll do a full nutrition & lifestyle assessment to really get to know you as a whole person and better understand your experiences with food and your body. It’s an opportunity to answer any questions you might have about working together, my counseling philosophy or anything else. We’ll explore challenges in your current pattern of eating, moving & self-care, discuss what you’re hoping to get out of our sessions as well as so much more. We’ll develop together, a big-picture plan to direct our work and help you to begin nourishing yourself from the inside out.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
45-60 Minutes
Through ongoing sessions, we continue to talk through your nutrition & health goals, review & adjust your plan as needed and pull in additional resources that might be helpful (books, podcasts, referrals to other providers etc.). We’ll introduce strategies to best support you through the challenges and provide you with the tools needed to move forward in your process. And of course we’ll celebrate the wins, acknowledging & learning from your unique strengths. The number of sessions needed will depend on each individual’s needs & finances.
Package rates available for 2 or 4 sessions per month
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Marsi is in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Cigna and EmblemHealth. Coverage will depend on individual insurance plans and benefits.
If you do not have Aetna, Cigna or EmblemHealth, you may still be eligible for some reimbursement from your insurance carrier if you have out-of-network nutrition benefits. For out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill (medical receipt) upon request.
To determine reimbursement for nutrition counseling, please call your insurance company directly prior to our visit. You can use this insurance script as a guide. You are responsible for payment for all non-covered services.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash and check.
